Use of QuizEngine

QuizEngine provides AI-generated quiz content for personal and commercial use. You may use generated quizzes for pub quiz nights, events, education, or any other lawful purpose. You may not resell access to the QuizEngine platform itself or misrepresent generated content as professionally authored material.

AI-generated content

Quiz questions are generated by an AI model. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all questions and answers are correct. Always verify answers independently for competitive use. QuizEngine accepts no liability for incorrect AI-generated content.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to abuse or overload the service, scrape content programmatically, or use QuizEngine to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to block access for misuse.

Paid features

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@quizengine.xyz within 7 days of a charge if you believe you were billed in error.

Limitation of liability

QuizEngine is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
